Analisys of certain aspects regarding European Regulations

This book is set to be a working instrument for legal professionals interested in the new rules of international successions, of the european divorce and for understanding EU courts procedures, but also for students in the faculties of law. This work is useful by approaches and analyzes to the beneficiaries of the right of free movement in the European Union, citizens of the Union and not only, both institutions responsible with implementing the EU legislation and projects, as well as persons who are confronted directly with the problems raised by European regulations.
